North Morgan Creek Ranch, Inc. has been operating hunting and recreational properties in Texas for more than 40 years. The center of our operation is located in Oplin, Texas, about 30 miles southeast of Abilene. All hunt packages include lodging in our 2800 square-foot lodge with attached 500 square foot enclosed porch. Two fully furnished apartments are attached to the lodge and available for couples. The 4500 acres of owned and leased land is made up of diverse vegetation including oaks & mesquites over a rolling terrain.
All package hunts include meals served family-style from our full-service restaurant kitchen, and cold drinks including tap beer, availalbel at the end of a long day of hunting. Hunts are conducted in-spot and stalk-style, or in blind that can accomodate rifles, pistols or bows. Hunters will be transported to and from hunting locations while at the the ranch. All game harvested will be field-dressed and transported to our cold storage facilities until other arrangements are made. We also offer bird hunting, sheep hunts, and box hunting.
Other animals available upon request: zebra, addax, scimitar horned oryx, gemsbox, wildebeest, waterbuck, elland, water buffalo, lechwe, rocky mountain elk.
